The Working Image:

A reference image was created in Photoshop for the initial sketch. The canvas measures 18 inches wide by 24 inches high, with the blocks sized at 3 inches each. Furthermore, I used a brown pastel pencil to add lines to the white canvas. Finally, please refrain from using ink or charcoal, ensuring that the lines are only drawn on the canvas.

The canvas has been coated with gesso, rotated horizontally and vertically, and sanded lightly between each coat. As a result, I painted the canvas two times to keep a semi-rough working surface supporting this impressionist-style reproduction.
